摘  要:某公司300000 t煤制乙二醇项目投产半年后,日常分析发现工艺介质组分异常,停车检修。针对高压甲醇脱水塔内壁进行检验,宏观检查发现塔内壁衬里、塔盘等内件腐蚀减薄严重。对腐蚀产物采用EDAX及X-Ray进行成分分析,分析腐蚀原因为较低pH值环境、150℃高温下,废水液对设备的内壁衬里及内件造成严重的腐蚀。因此提出控制进入塔体液体的pH值和温度,为该类装置设备继续安全运行提供依据。After half a year of commissioning of a company's 300000 tons of coal-to-ethylene glycol project,daily analysis found abnormal process medium components and shutdown for maintenance.The inner wall of the high-pressure methanol dehydration tower was inspected.The macroscopic inspection found that the inner wall lining,tray and other internals of the tower were seriously corroded and thinned.The corrosion products were analyzed by EDAX and X-Ray.The reason for the corrosion was that the waste water caused serious corrosion to the inner wall lining and inner parts of the equipment at low pH value and 150℃.Therefore,it was proposed to control pH value and temperature of the liquid entering the tower body to provide a basis for the safe operation of such equipment.
