摘  要:【目的】本文旨在总结双螺杆压缩机转子设计与优化、间隙调控及结构强度分析的最新进展,为提升压缩机性能提供理论与技术指导。【方法】采用NURBS曲线与三次B样条曲线优化转子型线,引入自由曲线理论与控制点优化,以减少泄漏、提高密封性能和压缩效率。通过像素法布置间隙、应用可磨耗涂层技术及流热固耦合分析,优化转子间隙,增强压缩机性能。通过分析气体力、热应力、材料性能、转速与温度对转子强度与变形的影响,提出合理材料选择、压力/转速组合和间隙设计策略。【结果】该优化设计显著提升了转子的密封性能与压缩效率,间隙调控技术有效减少了泄漏,结构强度分析明确了材料选择与设计参数对转子性能的关键作用。【结论】研究成果为双螺杆压缩机的高效稳定运行提供了坚实的技术支撑,对促进行业技术创新和设计性能提升具有重要意义。[Purposes]This paper aims to summarize the latest advances in rotor design and optimization,gap regulation,and structural strength analysis for twin-screw compressors,providing theoretical and technical guidance for improving compressor performance.[Methods]NURBS curves and cubic B-splines were employed to optimize rotor profiles,introducing the theory of free curves and control point optimization to reduce leakage,enhance sealing performance,and increase compression efficiency.Pixel-based gap arrangement,abradable coating technology,and fluid-thermal-solid coupling analysis were utilized to optimize rotor gaps and enhance compressor performance.The impact of gas forces,ther-mal stresses,material properties,rotational speed,and temperature on rotor strength and deformation was analyzed,leading to recommendations for rational material selection,pressure/speed combinations,and gap design strategies.[Findings]Optimized designs significantly improved the sealing performance and compression efficiency of the rotors,gap regulation technology effectively reduced leakage,and struc-tural strength analysis clarified the critical role of material selection and design parameters in rotor per-formance.[Conclusions]These studies provide robust technical support for the efficient and stable op-eration of twin-screw compressors,playing a significant role in promoting industry technological innova-tion and performance enhancement.
