摘  要:多年来,我国经济高速发展,生态环境保护和水利工程建设之间出现了一定的矛盾,尤其西北干旱地区河道治理工程,普遍存在治河理念落后、技术手段单一、水生态环境治理成效差等问题。为此,探索一种安全可靠、技术可行、投资节约、生态效果好的河流生态治理技术方法,尤为重要。本文结合武威市凉州区金塔河生态防洪治理工程实际,探索了生态水利在河道治理工程中应用的重点、难点和要点,以期为西北干旱地区河道治理工程提供参考。Over the years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and there has been a certain contradiction between ecological environment protection and water conservancy engineering construction.Especially in the arid areas of northwest China,river management projects generally have problems such as outdated river management concepts,single technical means,and poor effectiveness in water ecological environment management.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore a safe,reliable,technically feasible,investment saving,and ecologically effective river ecological governance technology method.This article explores the key points,difficulties,and key points of the application of ecological water conservancy in the ecological flood control and management project of Jinta River in Liangzhou District,Wuwei City,in order to provide reference for the river management project in arid areas of northwest China.
