摘 要:近年来智能化装备及互联网科技应用在矿山机械领域飞速发展,国内矿井无人智能化建设已是大势所趋和发展必然。矿井水仓作为矿山安全保障及生态保护的重要设施,更应及时跟进这一发展趋势。基于智慧矿山建设要求设计矿井水仓智能清淤系统,系统包括水仓清淤机和自动脱水机两部分,整套系统将摄像云台与激光雷达等硬件模组结合起来,既有激光雷达,又有彩色摄像头,利用软件将采集到的实时数据上传集控系统中。In recent years,the application of intelligent equipment and Internet technology has developed rapidly in the field of mining machinery,and the unmanned intelligent construction of domestic mines has become the general trend and inevitable development.As an important facility for mine safety assurance and ecological protection,mine water silos should follow up on this development trend in a timely manner.Based on the requirements of smart mine construction,the intelligent dredging system of mine water silo is designed,which includes two parts:water silo dredging machine and intelligent dehydrator,and the whole system combines camera PTZ with lidar and other hardware modules,both lidar and color camera,and uses software to integrate the collected data into the centralized control system.
