摘 要:对于有爆炸危险性的医药厂房建筑设计,由于相关规范条文较少,实际工程设计时经常会遇到难以判定的情况。或一切从严造成造价浪费且使用不便;或措施不到位而无法保证建筑的合理安全。应结合实际项目,从工程设计的角度,对此类有爆炸危险性的医药厂房进行系统分析。按照设计考虑因素的有机顺序,进行归纳总结。根据列举的实际项目设计案例,列举了设计难点的解决方案,常用建材及选择方法;同时对当前类似厂房的现行规范深度、国标图集存在的问题提出了探讨;并结合此类项目特点提出了新材料应用的可能性,以利于有爆炸危险性医药厂房设计项目的执行。For the design of pharmaceutical factory buildings with explosion risks,it is frequent to encounter the situations that are difficult to determine in actual engineering design because of the lack of relevant normative clause.Totally strict measures may cause the waste of cost and inconvenience in use,or inadequate measures can not ensure the reasonable safety of the building.So,combined with the actual project,we should analyze the pharmaceutical factories with explosion risks systematically from the perspective of engineering design.And we should summarize and generalize something according to the organic order of design considerations.According to the listed actual project design cases,the solutions to the design difficulties,commonly used building materials and selection methods are listed.At the same time,discussions are conducted on the current standard depth for similar factories and the problems existing in the national standard atlas.And combined with the characteristics of such projects,the possibility of the new materials application is proposed to facilitate the execution of the pharmaceutical factories design project with explosion risks.
