摘  要:建筑是历史的重要载体,它们记录了人们的生活和历史的变迁。然而,随着时代的不断演进,众多老旧建筑因无法满足当代人的居住和工作需求,有些甚至成为城市化进程的阻碍,如果简单的拆除,不仅会对资源造成巨大的浪费,还会造成历史文脉的缺失。相反,通过对现有建筑进行维修和节能改造,不仅能有效维护历史的传承性,更能在节能减排、生态环境保护方面作出积极贡献,进一步推动可持续发展目标的实现。本文旨在探讨将既有建筑的维修与节能改造工作纳入规范化设计方案和合理化施工流程的重要性,并针对实际操作中的难点和盲点提出独到的见解。Architecture is an important carrier of history,and they record the people's life and the historical changes.However,with the continuous evolution of the times,many old buildings cannot meet the living and working needs of the contemporary people,and some even become obstacles to the urbanization process.If they are simply demolished,it will not only cause a huge waste of resources,but also cause the loss of historical context.On the contrary,through the maintenance and energy-saving transformation of existing buildings,it can not only effectively maintain the heritage of history,but also make positive contributions to energy conservation,emission reduction and ecological environmental protection,and further promote the realization of sustainable development goals.This paper aims to explore the importance of integrating the maintenance and energy-saving renovation of existing buildings into the standardized design schemes and rational construction processes,and propose the unique views on the difficulties and blind spots in practical operations.
