摘  要:城市工程管线是城市的生命线,一般沿道路敷设。传统的管线无序随意直埋方式敷设,影响城市景观且浪费地下空间资源,造成城市拉链路等问题。为提高城市安全韧性、减少道路反复开挖、消除车行道下直埋管线、集约节约利用地下空间资源、提升工程全生命周期的综合效益,市政道路和地下管线应一体化建设考虑,综合考虑直埋+综合管廊敷设相结合的敷设方式。同时,综合管廊建设应考虑其全生命周期内的综合效益,以投资高效、运维便捷为原则,因地制宜、科学合理。Urban engineering pipeline is the lifeline of the city,generally laid along the road.Traditional pipelines are laid in a disorderly and random way,affecting the urban landscape and wasting underground space resources,resulting in urban zipper road and other problems.In order to improve urban safety and resilience,reduce repeated road excavation,eliminate direct buried pipelines under the carriageway,intensive and economical use of underground space resources,and enhance the comprehensive benefits of the whole life cycle of the project,municipal roads and underground pipelines should be integrated in construction,and the laying method combining direct burial and comprehensive pipe gallery laying should be comprehensively considered.At the same time,the construction of comprehensive pipe galleries should consider their comprehensive benefits throughout their entire lifecycle,based on the principles of efficient investment and convenient operation and maintenance,and should be tailored to local conditions and scientifically reasonable.
