摘　　要：目的妊娠期糖尿病并发子痫前期(GDM-PE)患者血清脂质运载蛋白-2(LCN2)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体l(sFlt-1)、胎盘生长因子(PIGF)水平及临床意义研究。方法选取2021年10月至2023年8月在广西医科大学附属民族医院产科进行住院孕检且分娩单胎的产妇70例作为研究对象,将患者分化为GDM-PE组、妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)组、子痫前期(PE)组以及对照组,通过ELISA测定LCN2、sFlt-1、PIGF、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)水平。结果四组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),GDM-PE、PE和GDM组LCN2、sFlt-1、MCP-1、AOPP水平高于对照组,PIGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GDM-PE患者自身血清LCN2、sFlt-1水平会显著上升,PIGF显著下降,在GDM-PE疾病早期评估中,通过三项指标联合应用,有着较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the serum levels of lipocalin-2(LCN2),soluble fms-1ike tyrosine kinase l(sFlt-1)and placental growth factor(PIGF)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with preeclampsia(GDM-PE)and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 70 parturient admitted to the Department of Obstetrics in the Affiliated Hospital for Nationalities,Guangxi Medical University to conduct inpatient prenatal checkups and give birth to singletons from October 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the GDM-PE group,the gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)group,the preeclampsia(PE)group and the control group,and then the levels of LCN2,sFlt-1,PIGF,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP)were determined by implementing ELISA.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of general data among the four groups.The levels of LCN2,sFlt-1,MCP-1,and AOPP in the GDM-PE,PE,and GDM groups were higher than those in the control group,while the level of PIGF was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum LCN2 and sFlt-1 level of patients in the GDM-PE group increase significantly,while PIGF level decrease significantly.In the early evaluation of diseases in the GDM-PE group,the combined application of the three indices has relatively higher clinical application value.
