基于CiteSpace的肠造口患者病耻感的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的分析肠造口患者病耻感的研究现状、热点和前沿,为相关临床研究提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)建库至2023年收录的肠造口患者病耻感的研究文献,文献检索在2023年9月30日1天内完成,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件对文献作者和关键词进行可视化分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果相关研究始于2015年,共纳入82篇论文数据进行分析,相关研究逐年递增,机构内的作者间相互合作,而机构之间相对独立,缺乏合作。研究热点聚焦在“生活质量”“并发症”“负性心理”“自我效能”。结论通过对肠造口患者病耻感的文献计量学分析,探索适合我国造口患者病耻感的研究方向,有助于降低患者病耻感,提升患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and frontiers of stigma in enterostomy patients,in order to provide reference for related clinical research.Methods The research literatures on stigma in enterostomy patients collected by the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from the establishment of the database to 2023 was retrieved on September 30,2023,within a single day.The authors and keywords of the literature were visually analyzed using by CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software,and a knowledge map was created.Results The related research began in 2015,and the data from 82 papers were included for analysis.The research has increased year by year,with authors from various institutions cooperating with each other.However,the institutions themselves have remained relatively independent and lacked cooperation.The research focused on quality of life,complications,negative psychology,and self-efficacy.Conclusion Through bibliometric analysis,this paper explores suitable research directions concerning stigma in enterostomy patients in China.This research is aimed at reducing stigma among patients and im proving their quality of life.
