摘　　要：目的分析和研究氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片对子宫切除术后阴道微生态的影响。方法选择2022年5月至2023年10月于我院因妇科良性疾病行子宫切除术的患者100例,随机数字表法分为两组,各50例;对照组行常规术后观察,观察组行氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗,比较两组治疗结果。结果观察组阴道清洁度正常率、创面完全脱痂率较对照组高,阴道出血率较对照组低(均P<0.05);观察组用药结束后阴道创面痊愈率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组DGGE条带数、组内相似度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论子宫切除术后的患者运用氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗对阴道微生态的改善效果好于常规术后观察。Objective To analyze and study the effect of quinadol-profene vaginal tablets on vaginal microecology after hysterectomy.Methods The selected cases were 100 patients undergoing hysterectomy for gynecological benign diseases in our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023.The random number method was divided into two groups,50 cases each;the control group underwent routine postoperative observation,treated with quinadol-profene vaginal tablets,and compared the treatment results between the two groups.Results The normal rate of vaginal cleanliness and complete wound removal rate in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the recovery rate and the complication rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the number of DGGE bands and similarity in the group in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Post-hysterectomy patients treated with chloroquinaldol-prostaglandin vaginal tablets showed a better improvement in vaginal microecology than that observed after conventional surgery.
