硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压并T2DM的有效性及对糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的有效性及对糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月期间淄博市传染病医院内科收治的122例经临床检查证实的高血压并T2DM患者,通过随机数字表法,将其分成两组(每组皆为61例),对照组单用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片进行治疗,观察组加用硝苯地平缓释片治疗。对两组患者的血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛β细胞功能进行观察和比较。结果治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组FUG、2 hPG治疗后均低于治疗前,且观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG均低于治疗前,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组HOMA-IR治疗后低于治疗前、HOMA-β治疗后高于治疗前,且HOMA-IR观察组更低,HOMA-β观察组更高(P<0.05)结论采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压并T2DM效果显著,不仅能使其血压与血脂得到改善,而且还有助于胰岛β细胞功能的改善。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effects on glucose and lipid metabolism and isletβcell function.Methods A total of 122 hypertensive patients with T2DM who were admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Zibo Infectious Disease Hospital between January 2021 and June 2023 and confirmed by clinical examination were selected.They were divided into two groups(61 cases in each group)using a random number table.The control group was treated with Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets alone,while the study group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets.Observe and compare the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,and pancreatic beta cell function of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).FUG and 2 hPG in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,and lower in observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,TC and TG in both groups were lower than before treatment,and lower in observation group(P<0.05).HOMA-IR after treatment was lower than before treatment,HOMA-βafter treatment was higher than before treatment,and HOMA-IR observation group was lower,and HOMA-βobservation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of nifedipine sustained-release tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of hypertension with T2DM.It not only significantly improves blood pressure and blood lipids,but also contributes to the improvement of pancreatic beta cell function.
