孕期健康教育在妇产科门诊护理中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的观察孕期健康教育在妇产科门诊护理中的应用效果。方法我院妇产科门诊2022年1月至2023年1月收治的120名确诊单胎头位宫内妊娠孕妇为本次研究对象,按照门诊护理中是否开展孕期健康教育均分为对照组(60名,常规孕期护理)与试验组(60名,常规孕期护理+孕期健康教育),比较两组孕妇心理状态、血脂指标、营养指标、分娩方式。结果相较于护理前,试验组孕妇护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、血清胆固醇值、三酰甘油值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于护理前,试验组护理后白蛋白、血红蛋白、25羟维生素D值高于对照组(P<0.05);此外,试验组孕妇剖宫产率(6.67%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇产科门诊护理中开展孕期健康教育可缓解焦虑抑郁等负面心理,提升血脂控制效果,改善孕妇机体营养状态,降低剖宫产率。Objective To observe the effect of health education during pregnancy in outpatient nursing of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 120 confirmed single head intrauterine pregnancy pregnant women admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(60 cases:routine pregnancy care)and an experimental group(60 cases:routine pregnancy care+pregnancy health education)based on whether pregnancy health education was carried out in the outpatient care.Comparison of the psychological status of pregnant women,lipid indicators,nutritional indicators,and mode of delivery in the two groups.Results Compared with before care,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,serum cholesterol value and triglyceride value of pregnant women in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before care,the values of albumin,hemoglobin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition,the cesarean section rate of pregnant women in experimental group(6.67%)was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Carrying out pregnancy health education in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient nursing can alleviate negative psychology such as anxiety and depression,improve blood lipid control,improve the nutritional status of pregnant women,and reduce the cesarean section rate.
