摘　　要：无痛胃肠镜技术通过使用静脉麻醉镇痛镇静方法,显著减轻了患者的痛苦和不适感。本文对无痛胃肠镜静脉麻醉镇痛镇静方法的研究进展进行综述,重点探讨无痛胃肠诊疗中经典麻醉用药方案的弊端和不良反应、艾司氯胺酮的临床应用以及艾司氯胺酮联合丙泊酚技术等方面的研究进展。Painless gastroscopy technology significantly reduces the pain and discomfort of patients by using intravenous anesthesia for pain relief and sedation.This article provides a review of the research progress on painless gastroscopy intravenous anesthesia for pain relief and sedation,with a focus on exploring the drawbacks and adverse reactions of classic anesthesia regimens in painless gastrointestinal diagnosis and treatment,the clinical application of ketamine,and the research progress in the combination of ketamine and propofol technology.
