全生命周期健康管理下知信行护理干预防治女性围绝经期综合征的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究围绝经期综合征(MPS)患者应用全生命周期健康管理下知信行护理干预的效果。方法将冠县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心自2022年7月至2023年7月收治的86例MPS患者纳入研究。采用盲摸双色球法均分为试验组、对照组,各43例。对照组行一般护理,试验组加用全生命周期健康管理下知信行护理干预。比较两组的心理状态、自我管理能力、激素水平及生活质量。结果干预后,试验组心理状态评分低于对照组,自我管理能力评分以及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,试验组血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、5羟色胺(5-HT)水平均高于对照组,促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论全生命周期健康管理下知信行护理干预能够改善MPS患者的心理状态及激素水平,提高自我管理能力及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge,belief,and practice nursing intervention under full lifecycle health management in patients with perimenopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods Eighty-six MPS patients admitted to the Guanxian Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from July 2022 to July 2023 were included in the study.The blind touch method was divided into test group and control group,with 43 cases each.The control group received general care,and the test group added the nursing intervention under the whole life cycle health management.Psychological status,self-management ability,hormone level,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the psychological state score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the selfmanagement ability score as well as the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after the intervention,the levels of serum estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),and 5 hydroxytryptophan(5-HT)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of luteinising hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Under the whole life cycle health management,the nursing intervention can improve the psychological status and hormone level of MPS patients,improve the self-management ability and quality of life.
