分组护理管理在降低手术室护理管理风险事件的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析分组护理管理在降低手术室护理管理风险事件中的应用价值。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月于我院收治的80例手术患者,根据不同手术室护理管理方案进行分组,对照组(n=40)应用常规护理管理模式,观察组(n=40)应用分组护理管理模式,比较两组患者临床相关指标、护理质量评分、风险事件发生情况及满意度。结果两组手术用时、切口愈合时间及住院时间差异明显,观察组更短(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各项(工作态度、消毒隔离、环境管理、人文关怀、护理安全、护理质控)评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组手术室风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分组护理管理对于降低手术室风险事件发生率具有重要作用,有助于促进患者恢复,提高护理质量及满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of grouped nursing management in reducing risk events in operating room nursing management.Methods A total of 80 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and grouped according to different operating room nursing management plans.The control group(n=40)used conventional nursing management mode,while the observation group(n=40)used grouped nursing management mode.Clinical related indicators,nursing quality scores,occurrence of risk events,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was a significant difference in surgical time,incision healing time,and hospital stay between the two groups,with the observation group having a shorter duration(P<0.05);Nursing quality scores(working attitude,disinfection and isolation,environmental management,humanistic care,nursing safety,nursing quality control)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of operating room risk events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Grouping nursing management plays an important role in reducing the incidence of risk events in the operating room,promoting patient recovery,improving nursing quality and satisfaction.
