全科护理在基层医院护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院护理中全科护理的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年9月本社区卫生服务中心收治的患者140例,按照数字随机法分为观察组(全科护理)和对照组(常规护理)各70例,对比护理效果。结果观察组病房管理、服务态度、基础护理、健康宣教、护理技术、护理安全、护理记录等护理质量评分,亲和力、护理效率、服务态度、技能水平、服务积极性等护理满意度评分,生理、环境、心理精神、社会文化等各项舒适量表(GCQ)评分以及精神健康、社会功能、生理功能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生理职能等生活质量量表(QOL)评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及日间功能障碍、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、催眠药物等匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论全科护理可有效提升基层医院的护理质量。Objective Analysis on the application of general nursing in primary hospitals Methods A total of 140 patients admitted to our community health service center from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(general practice nursing)and control group(routine nursing)with 70 cases each according to numerical random method,and the nursing effects were compared.Results Nursing quality scores such as ward management,service attitude,basic nursing,health education,nursing technology,nursing safety,and nursing records,nursing satisfaction scores such as affinity,nursing efficiency,service attitude,skill level,and service enthusiasm,physiological,environmental,psychological,spiritual,social and cultural GCQ scores,QOL scores for mental health,social functioning,physiological functioning,emotional functioning,vitality,physical pain,general health,physiological functioning in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores,as well as the PSQI scores of daytime function,sleep disorder,sleep duration,sleep onset time,sleep efficiency,Sleep quality,hypnotic drugs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions General nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing in primary hospitals.
