摘　　要：回顾并总结2024年1月29日我科收治的1例高龄腰椎管狭窄ULBD手术患者围手术期的护理。通过对患者的临床表现、影像学资料、围手术期护理措施及术后康复方法进行整理分析,完善患者术前评估,加强心理护理,体位训练及共病的护理,术后注意生命体征的监测,关注体位的护理及伤口引流的护理,加强疼痛的护理、神经功能的观察、饮食的护理及功能锻炼,关注并发症的预防,做好出院指导,减少并发症的发生,加速康复。患者顺利康复出院。To review ULBD summarize the perioperative nursing care of an elderly patient with lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our department on January 29th,2024.By sorting out and analyzing the patients'clinical manifestations,imaging data,perioperative nursing measures and postoperative rehabilitation measures,we can improve patients'preoperative evaluation,strengthen psychological care,posture training and comorbidity care,pay attention to the monitoring of vital signs after operation,pay attention to posture care and wound drainage care,strengthen pain care,neurological observation,diet care and functional exercise,pay attention to the prevention of complications,do a good job in discharge guidance,reduce the occurrence of complications and accelerate rehabilitation.The patient recovered smoothly and was discharged from hospital.
