摘 要:为提高航空液压产品装配工艺设计的效率和质量,减少设计成本,提高工艺可视化水平,结合Teamcenter二次开发,提出一种三维装配工艺设计方法。分析航空液压产品装配特点,研究MBOM转换方法、装配序列与装配路径规划方法、装配工艺仿真和三维装配工艺规程生成方法等关键技术,实现了航空液压产品的三维装配工艺设计。以航空液压产品某组件的装配为例,验证了上述方法的有效性。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of assembly process design of aviation hydraulic products,reduce its design cost and improve its process visualization level,a 3D assembly process planning method was put forward through combination of the secondary development of Teamcenter.The assembly characteristics of aviation hydraulic products were analyzed,and the key technologies such as MBOM conversion method,assembly sequence and assembly path planning method,assembly process simulation and generation method of 3D assembly process specification were studied to realize the 3D assembly process planning of aviation hydraulic products.The assembly of a component of aviation hydraulic product was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
