摘 要:为探究弯管成形过程中回弹的影响规律,提高加工精度,以6061-T6铝合金管材为例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行仿真实验,探究弹性模量、泊松比、管壁厚度等材料参数和送料速度、摩擦因数等工艺参数对管材弯曲回弹的影响。结果表明:在3项材料参数中泊松比对管材弯曲回弹角度的影响最小,壁管厚度的影响程度最大,工艺参数中摩擦因数的增加会使回弹角度先增加后减小,送料速度的影响程度小于摩擦因数。In order to explore the influence law of springback in bend forming process and improve the processing accuracy,taking 6061-T6 aluminum alloy pipe as an example,conducts simulation experiments by ABAQUS finite element software,and explores the influence of material parameters of elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio,pipe wall thickness and process parameters of feeding speed and friction coefficient on pipe bending and springback.The results show that Poisson ratio has the smallest effect on the springback angle of the tube bending,while wall tube thickness has the largest effect.The increase of friction coefficient will make the springbackangle increase first and then decrease,and the effect of feeding speed is less than that of friction coefficient.
