摘　　要：随着全球经济的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,粮油行业供应链管理面临着越来越大的挑战。传统的供应链管理模式已经不能满足日益增长的市场需求和消费者个性化需求。本文以“N+1”模式为基础,探讨了粮油行业供应链优化的相关问题,并提出了一些创新性的解决方案,以期为行业的可持续发展和提高供应链效率提供理论支持和实践指导。With the rapid development of the global economy and the intensification of market competition,the supply chain management of the grain and oil industry faces increasingly significant challenges.Traditional supply chain management models are no longer sufficient to meet the growing market demands and personalized consumer needs.Based on the“N+1”model,this paper explores the relevant issues of supply chain optimization in the grain and oil industry and proposes some innovative solutions,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the industry and the improvement of supply chain efficiency.
