摘  要:为满足玉米高速精量播种作业装备的发展需求,结合玉米窄行密植品字形播种农艺要求和排种器差时投种技术,设计生产一款集破茬、开沟、播种、覆土、镇压等作业工序于一体的高速精量播种机。对播种机破茬开沟装置、四杆仿形机构和双腔双盘气压式排种器等进行设计与分析并确定了关键参数。经过田间试验测试,该播种机在高速作业时玉米粒距合格指数为90.79%,重播指数为2.42%,漏播指数为5.80%,作业适应性强、可靠性高、作业速度快,各项性能指标满足玉米垄上品字形种植模式的农艺需求。In order to meet the development needs of high-speed operation equipment for corn precision seeding,combined with the agronomic requirements of glyph sowing of corn narrow-row dense planting and the seeding technology of difference throwing of seeds in metering device,a high-speed precision seeder integrating stubble breaking,ditching,seeding,soil covering and pressing was designed and manufactured.The stubble-breaking and ditching device,four-bar profiling mechanism and double-cavity with double-disc pneumatic metering device were designed and analyzed,and the key parameters were determined.Through field test,the qualified index of corn seed spacing was 90.79%,the replay index was 2.42%,and the missed sowing index was 5.80%.The planter had strong adaptability,high reliability and fast operation speed.The performance indicators fully meet the agronomic requirements of the corn glyph planting on ridge mode.
