摘  要:试验以盐酸浓度、盐酸添加量、水解温度、水解时间优化石墨消解仪水解条件,测定了金顶侧耳中的总糖得率。结果表明,盐酸浓度为3 mol·L^(-1)、盐酸体积为40 mL、水解温度为140℃、水解时间为120 min时,金顶侧耳中总糖得率最高,方法学验证其具有良好的精密度和准确度。对有证标准物质的实测值在参考范围内,验证了此方法的可行性。The Pleurotus citrinopileatus of total sugar yield were determinated by graphite digestion,and the hydrolysis conditions of graphite digestion were optimized by hydrochloric acid concentration,hydrochloric acid addition,hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time.The results showed that the highest total sugar yield was obtained when the hydrochloric acid concentration was 3 mol·L^(-1),the volume of hydrochloric acid was 40 mL,the hydrolysis temperature was 140°C,and the hydrolysis time was 120 min.Methodological validation showed good precision and accuracy.The measured value was within the reference range for the certified reference materials,which verified the feasibility of this method.
