摘  要:研究了不同种类原矿碳酸钙的纯度、表面改性等对不饱和聚酯家具白底漆光泽度、打磨性、防沉性等各项性能的影响。结果显示,以白云石和大理石为原矿生产的重质碳酸钙,其在不饱和聚酯家具白底漆中的光泽度较高,但打磨性能较差,且容易产生硬沉淀,不宜应用在该体系中;而以方解石和大理石为原矿生产的重质碳酸钙,其打磨性能和防沉性能明显优于白云石和大理石原矿产品;采用硬脂酸改性后的重质碳酸钙,其光泽度、防沉性能、打磨性等指标均比未作处理的原粉性能好。The study investigated the effects of purity and surface modification of calcium carbonate from different types of raw ores on the gloss,polishing,and anti settling properties of unsaturated polyester furniture white primer.The results showed that heavy calcium carbonate produced from dolomite and marble as raw materials had high glossiness in unsaturated polyester furniture white primer,but poor polishing performance and easy formation of hard precipitates,making it unsuitable for application in this system;The heavy calcium carbonate produced from calcite and marble as raw materials has significantly better polishing and anti settling properties than dolomite and marble raw materials;The heavy calcium carbonate modified with stearic acid has better glossiness,anti settling performance,and polishing performance than the untreated raw powder.
