摘  要:在对某石化单位天然气处理装置分馏单元系统原理研究的基础上,通过调整压力、流量和温度等工艺参数以及流程优化实现停用脱丁烷精馏塔及相关附属设备,仅运行脱丙烷精馏塔及相关附属设备生产液化气(LPG)和轻烃产品,从而在实现经济效益的同时,达到节能减排的目的。对比前后运行数据,每年将产生经济效益438万元,节能减排53tce。Based on the study of the principle of the fractionation unit system in a natural gas processing unit of a petrochemical unit,the process parameters such as pressure,flow rate,and temperature were adjusted and the process was optimized to achieve the shutdown of the butane removal distillation tower and related ancillary equipment,and only the propane removal distillation tower and related ancillary equipment were operated to produce liquefied gas(LPG)and light hydrocarbon products,thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction while realizing economic benefits.Comparing the operating data before and after,it will generate an annual economic benefit of 4.38 million yuan and save energy and reduce emissions by 53 tce.
