摘 要:用于制备防水防油织物整理剂的全氟酯类单体(n=6),由于生产成本过高,使得含氟防水防油织物整理剂价格高昂,从而影响市场的推广和自身的进一步发展。全氟己基乙烯由于其制作工艺成熟、成本较低,易于工业化生产,拟将其作为部分替代全氟酯类单体用于织物整理剂合成配比研究。通过实验,得出最优配比为全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯75%+全氟己基乙烯25%,经防水及防油性能测试,与全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯单体整理剂的防水防油效果相当,可以按比例代替全氟酯类单体。Perfluoroester monomers(n=6)used for preparing waterproof and oil resistant fabric finishing agents have high production costs,resulting in high prices for fluorine-containing waterproof and oil resistant fabric finishing agents,which affects their market promotion and further development.Perfluorohexyl ethylene,due to its mature production process,low cost,and ease of industrial production,is planned to be used as a partial substitute for perfluoroester monomers in the study of synthetic ratios for fabric finishing agents.Through experiments,the optimal ratio was determined to be 75%perfluorohexyl ethyl methacrylate+25%perfluorohexyl ethylene.After waterproof and oil resistant performance tests,it was found to be equivalent to the waterproof and oil resistant effect of perfluorohexyl ethyl methacrylate monomer finishing agent,and can replace perfluoroester monomers in proportion.
