摘  要:本文基于合成闸瓦行业标准,提出我国合成闸瓦性能指标优化建议,促进合成闸瓦配方改进和制造工艺提升,解决现场存在的换瓦频繁、可靠性不高等问题,满足铁路货车现场使用需求。通过调研铁路货车合成闸瓦现场使用情况,掌握合成闸瓦存在的耐磨性差、可靠性不高和摩擦系数离散等困扰现场使用的主要问题,分析合成闸瓦出现裂损掉块、金属镶嵌等问题的原因及解决措施,并与国外同类产品物理力学性能指标进行对比,提出基于《机车车辆闸瓦第1部分:合成闸瓦》(TB/T 3104.1—2020)优化合成闸瓦部分性能指标的优化建议。Based on the synthetic brake shoe industry standard,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the performance index of synthetic brake shoe in China,promotes the improvement of synthetic brake shoe formula and manufacturing process,solves the problems of frequent tile change and low reliability,and meets the needs of railway freight cars.By investigating the field use of synthetic brake shoes of railway freight cars,the main problems of the synthetic brake shoes,such as poor wear resistance,low reliability and discrete friction coefficient,encountered in the field use,were understood,and the causes and solutions of the problems of the synthetic brake shoes,such as cracked,broken block and metal inlaying,were analyzed,and the physical and mechanical performance indexes were compared with those of similar foreign products.Some suggestions for optimizing the performance index of synthetic brake shoe based on《Brake Shoe for Rolling Stock—Part 1:Composite Brake Shoe》(TB/T 3104.1—2020)are put forward.
