摘 要:腐蚀影响着钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性和可靠性。本文以某在建铁路山西段为例,通过沿线地下水的区段取样与检测,并利用点面结合法分析主要腐蚀因子的沿线演化规律,结果表明受气候和所处地质环境的影响,铁路沿线地下水化学浓度呈现由低变高的规律,SO_(4)^(2-)和Cl^(-)含量具有明显的分区、分带特征;地下水对混凝土结构及钢筋具有硫酸盐和氯盐腐蚀,腐蚀性从山区到山前冲积平原再到下游冲湖积平原,具有水平向从无到有再到强的趋势,而人类活动会加剧局部侵蚀性的变化。在此基础上,除从提高混凝土密实度及抗渗能力角度制定针对性的防腐措施外,还应加强运营期钢筋混凝土腐蚀信号的监测和混凝土结构抗压强度的测定,以期达到提高铁路百年工程建设品质的效果。Corrosion affects the durability and reliability of reinforced concrete structures.Taking the Shanxi section of a railway under construction as an example,this paper,through the sampling and detection of groundwater along the line,analyzes the evolution of the main corrosion factors along this line with the method of point-surface combination.The results indicate that,influenced by climate and geological environment,the chemical concentration of groundwater along the railway line changes from low to high,and that the content of SO_(4)^(2-)and Cl^(-)shows obvious zoning and banding characteristics.Groundwater has sulfate and chloride corrosion on concrete structures and steel bars,and the corrosiveness from mountainou areas to piedmont alluvial plains and then to downstream alluvial plains shows a horizontal trend or starting from scratch,progressing gradually,and eventually becoming strong.Human activities can exacerbate local erosive changes.On this basis,in addition to formulating targeted anti-corrosion measures from the perspective of improving concrete density and impermeability,it is also essential to enhance the monitoring of corrosion signals of reinforced concrete and the measurement of the compressive strength of concrete structures during the operation period,in order to improve the construction quality of railway centennial project.
