摘  要:三通管道是日常气体/液体管道使用的结构,流体经过三通管时形成复杂的流场从而产生噪声。采用计算机仿真模拟方法对三通管道内的流场进行分析,通过对三通管道的结构优化改变三通内流场状况,以降低流体经过三通处所产生的噪声,根据设计的正交实验找到最优参数。计算结果表明,改善后的三通结构相比普通三通管,在水流量为2.5L/s、1m测量点处的噪声降低了约14dB,降噪效果明显。Tee piping,as a structure used for daily gas/liquid piping,generates noise due to the complex flow field formed when the fluid passes through it.A computer simulation was used to analyze the flow field inside the tee and to optimize the structure of the tee to change the flow field conditions inside the tee in order to reduce the noise generated by the fluid passing through the tee.The optimal parameters were found according to the designed orthogonal experiment.After calculation,the improved tee structure had a good noise reduction effect compared with the ordinary tee pipe,reducing noise by about 14 dB at a measurement point of 1 m under the working condition of 2.5 L/s water flow.
