摘  要:新疆高碱煤储量丰富,但其中高含量的Na制约了其大规模利用,液态排渣是有望解决该问题的有效手段。在工业电站锅炉上进行了液态排渣条件下全烧高碱煤试验,研究了液态排渣条件下高碱煤中Na的迁移转化特性和液态排渣炉中Na的保持率。结果表明:飞灰中的Na含量均高于液渣中的Na含量,液渣中的Na以非定形物质的形式存在,而飞灰中Na的主要存在形式为NaCl和霞石(NaAlSiO4)等Na的硅铝酸盐,高碱煤Na的保持率最大可达52.06%。本研究为液态排渣炉燃用高碱煤提供了参考。Xinjiang is rich in high-alkali coal reserves,but the high content of Sodium(Na)restricts its large-scale utilization,and liquid slagging is an effective means to solve this problem.The experiment of full burning of high-alkali coal under the condition of liquid slagging is carried out in an industrial power plant boiler,and the migration and transformation characteristics of Na in high-alkali coal and the retention rate of Na in liquid slagging furnace under liquid slagging conditions are studied.The results show that the Na content in fly ash is higher than that in liquid slag,and Na in liquid residue exists in the form of amorphous substance,while the main forms of Na in fly ash are aluminosilicates such as NaCl and nepheline(NaAlSiO4),and the maximum Na retention rate of high-alkali coal is up to 52.06%,which can provide reference for burning high-alkali coal in liquid slagging furnace.
