摘  要:环保型热塑性聚丙烯作为新兴的中压电力电缆绝缘材料,其老化寿命的测定工作亟待开展。针对两种中压交流电缆用聚丙烯绝缘材料,研究在高热应力条件下聚丙烯氧化诱导期的变化特性,利用线性拟合计算阿伦尼乌斯(Arrhenius)方程中的参数,推导聚丙烯寿命-温度曲线;通过恒定电压、逐步升压、逐级升压试验,研究聚丙烯的电老化特性,利用线性回归参数求解法、最小二乘估计法求取反幂定律(IPM模型)中的电老化寿命指数及寿命模型。结果表明:①两种聚丙烯绝缘材料的电老化寿命指数(n)范围分别为12.65~16.68和12.84~14.68,且在温度为90℃以下、电场强度为19 kV·mm^(-1)及其以下的工作环境中均可有效运行40 a以上;②通过逐级升压累加法和最小二乘估计法求解的聚丙烯寿命模型较为精确;③聚丙烯绝缘材料的电老化寿命与材料结晶特性存在一定关联性,后续需要加强关注并做深入研究。该研究可为新型聚丙烯中压电力电缆的推广应用提供参考和理论支撑。As an emerging insulation material for medium voltage power cables,aging life determination of environmentally friendly thermoplastic polypropylene needs to be urgently carried out.Focusing on two types of polypropylene insulation materials for medium voltage AC cables,oxidation induction period variation characteristics of polypropylene under high thermal stress conditions were investigated.Linear fitting was used to calculate the parameters in Arrhenius equation,and life-temperature curve of polypropylene was derived.Besides,electrical aging characteristics of polypropylene were studied in constant voltage,stepwise,and stepwise boosting tests.Linear regression and least squares estimation were used to obtain electrical aging life index and life model in inverse power law(IPM model).Results showed:①Range of electrical aging life index(n)for two types of polypropylene insulation materials was 12.65~16.68 and 12.84~14.68,respectively,and both materials could operate effectively for more than 40 years when temperature was below 90℃and field strength was at and below 19 kV·mm^(-1);②Life model of polypropylene solved by stepwise boosting accumulation method and least squares estimation method was more accurate;③There was a certain correlation between electrical aging life of polypropylene insulation materials and their crystallization characteristics.The study could provide theoretical support for promotion and application of new polypropylene medium voltage power cables.
