摘  要:为研究不同类型弹性体对聚丙烯的增韧改性效果,采用熔融共混法制备聚丙烯/弹性体共混材料,并利用差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、介电温谱测试系统、低温冲击试验箱等设备,探究聚丙烯/弹性体共混材料的熔融结晶行为、微观结构、介电性能、耐低温冲击性能和弯曲性能。结果表明,5种弹性体均以分散粒子形式存在于聚丙烯基体中,能够有效增强聚丙烯韧性,提高其耐低温冲击性能,符合温度为-25℃时的抗冲击要求;结合弯曲模量的改善,YH-06对聚丙烯的增韧效果最佳,其次是C3080、2032PM和CA10A,CA60A相对较差;弹性体的存在可抑制聚丙烯材料结晶,表现为聚丙烯熔融焓和结晶度降低;共混材料的冲击应力发白现象表明,YH-06对聚丙烯的增韧效果最佳,其次是C3080和2032PM,CA10A和CA60A相对较差;介电性能测试结果显示,C3080和2032PM会降低聚丙烯材料的电性能,温度为90℃时的介电损耗角正切值增长速率较大,导致聚丙烯共混材料不符合介电性能要求。综合考虑,可选择YH-06、CA10A和CA60A对聚丙烯材料进行改性,以提升聚丙烯电缆的电性能和力学性能。In order to study toughening and modification effect of different types elastomers on polypropylene,polypropylene/elastomer blend materials were prepared by melt blending method,and melt crystallization behavior,microstructure,dielectric properties,low temperature impact resistance and bending properties of polypropylene/elastomer blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscope,dielectric spectrum test system,low temperature impact test chamber and other equipment.Results showed that the five elastomers were dispersed particles in polypropylene matrix,which could effectively enhance the toughness of polypropylene,improve its low temperature impact resistance,and meet impact resistance requirements under the temperature of-25℃.Combined with improvement of bending modulus,YH-06 had the best toughening effect on polypropylene,followed by C3080,2032PM and CA10A,and CA60A was relatively poor.Existence of elastomer could inhibit crystallization of polypropylene material,which showed that melting enthalpy and crystallinity of polypropylene decreased.Impact stress whitening of blend showed that YH-06 had the best toughening effect on polypropylene,followed by C3080 and 2032PM,and CA10A and CA60A were relatively worse.Dielectric properties test showed that C3080 and 2032PM could reduce electrical properties of polypropylene materials,and dielectric loss angle tangent value increased rapidly at the temperature of 90℃,resulting in polypropylene blend material could not meet dielectric properties requirements.For comprehensive consideration,YH-06,CA10A and CA60A could be selected as modifying materials for polypropylene to improve electrical and mechanical properties of polypropylene cables.
