摘 要:基于对新型聚丙烯(PP)材料的研究,结合电缆运行环境,通过计算PP绝缘设计、绝缘利用系数等关键参数,研制了适用于8.7/15 kV和26/35 kV电力系统的中压PP绝缘电力电缆,并进行物理机械性能、电气性能和无卤低烟阻燃性能等试验验证。结果表明,以PP树脂和增韧弹性体为主的绝缘料和屏蔽料,能够满足26/35 kV及以下电力系统的运行要求,相较于传统交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆,长期工作温度可提升至105℃;电缆正常运行时,载流量在直埋土壤中可提升约9.0%,在空气中可提升约13.5%。Based on research of new polypropylene(PP)materials,combined with operating environment,medium voltage PP insulated power cable suitable for 8.7/15 kV and 26/35 kV power systems was made through calculation of key parameters such as PP insulation design and insulation utilization coefficient,and was verified by tests of physical and mechanical properties,electrical properties and halogen-free and low-smoke flame-retardant properties.Results showed that insulation and shielding materials mainly composed of PP resin and toughened elastomer could meet the operating requirements of power systems of 26/35 kV and below.Compared with traditional crosslinked polyethylene insulated cables,their long-term operating temperature could be increased to 105℃;Current-carrying capacity of cables during normal operation could be increased by about 9.0%in directly buried soil and by about 13.5%in air.
