摘  要:为解决光电混合缆生产时缆芯不圆整的问题,改进了蝶形光缆的结构和绞合工艺。结果表明,改进后光电混合缆成缆圆整紧凑,缆芯直径减小,相同护套厚度的情况下,电缆外径由原来的7.8 mm减小至7.5 mm,节约了护套材料用量。In order to solve the problem that cable core is not rounded in the production of optical and electrical hybrid cables,structure and stranding process of bow-type optical cables were improved.Results showed that improved optical and electrical hybrid cables were rounded and compact,diameter of the core was reduced,and outer diameter of the cables were reduced from 7.8 mm to 7.5 mm under the same sheath thickness,which could save the amount of sheath material.
