摘  要:建立了全自动固相萃取结合气相色谱—三重四级杆质谱联用法对地表水中15种硝基苯类化合物检测的方法。使用HP-5弱极性毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)分离,三重四级杆全扫模式定性,多反应监测模式(MRM)联合内标法定量,方法线性范围0.1~5μg/mL,线性相关系数≥0.9990,方法检出限为0.023~0.035μg/L,样品加标回收率为85.1%~102.9%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.48%~4.24%。该方法抗干扰性较强、重现性好,精密度和准确度高,在定性、定量方面都能很好地满足地表水中硝基苯类化合物的测定。A fully automated solid-phase extraction combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method has been established for the detection of 15 nitrobenzene compounds in surface water.Separated by an HP-5 weakly polar capillary column(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),qualitative analysis using triple quadrupole mass spectrometry full scan mode,quantitative analysis using multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM) combined with internal standard method,with a linear range of 0.1-5μg/mL,linear correlation coefficient ≥ 0.9990,detection limit of the method is 0.023-0.035 μg/L,the recovery rate of sample spiking is 85.1%-102.9%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.48%-4.24%.This method has strong antiinterference ability,good reproducibility,high precision and accuracy,and can well meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements for the determination of nitrobenzene compounds in surface water.
