摘 要:建立了多维气相色谱快速测定炼厂气组成的方法。采用四阀七柱,通过4个阀对7根选择性不同的色谱柱进行精确切换控制,使样品分别进入不同的色谱柱中分离,以3个并联检测器通道同时进行测定,在保留时间11.17min内完成对炼厂气的全分析。FID(front)主要分析烃类组成,TCD(back)主要分析永久性气体,包括CO^(2)、CO、O_(2)、N_(2)和H_(2)S。TCD(side)单独用于H_(2)检测。采用外标法和校正归一化法相结合对各组分进行定量。同时介绍了几种常见的异常情况和处理方法。结果表明,该方法具有简便、快速准确等特点,完全符合炼厂气组成的分析要求。A method for rapid determination of refinery gas composition by multidimensional gas chromatography was established.Four valves were used to accurately switch and control seven chromatographic columns with different selectivity,the samples were separated into different chromatographic columns,and determined simultaneously by three parallel detector channels.The full analysis of refinery gas was completed within RT 11.17min.FID(front) mainly analyzes hydrocarbon composition,TCD(back) mainly analyzes permanent gases,including CO_(2),CO,O_(2),N_(2) and H_2S.TCD(side)was used alone for H_(2) detection.The components were quantified by external standard method and correction normalization method.At the same time,several common abnormal conditions and treatment methods were introduced.The results show that the method is simple,rapid and accurate,and fully meets the analysis requirements of refinery gas composition.
