摘  要:研究了碱性锌镍合金电镀溶液中氢氧化钠、镍及锌含量的分析方法。以0.1mol/L盐酸标准溶液,采用自动电位滴定法测定氢氧化钠含量;在过硫酸铵存在下,采用丁二酮肟分光光度法在碱性条件下测定镍含量;采用EDTA络合滴定法测定锌和镍的合量,减去分光光度法测得的镍含量,得到锌含量。试验结果表明,方法的相对标准偏差均小于2%,加标回收率接近100%。Test method of sodium hydroxide,zinc and nickel in alkaline zinc-nickel alloy plating bath was studied.Sodium hydroxide was determined by automatic potentiometric titration with 0.1mol/L HCl as standard solution.At the presence of(NH_4)_2S_2O_4,Nickel content was determined by colorimetry with C_4H_8N_2O_(2) in alkaline solution.Zinc content was calculated by subtracting nickel content from total content of Zn and Ni which was determined by EDTA titration.Relative standard deviation of the test method was less than 2% and the standard addition recovery was close to 100%.
