摘  要:为解决某黄金冶炼厂锌粉置换工艺中脱氧塔长期运行后产生的脱氧贵液含氧量偏高问题,对脱氧塔填料类型和装填方式开展了一系列改良研究。通过对脱氧率、置换贫液、金泥品位等多项工艺指标进行深入对比分析,发现采用聚丙烯鲍尔环替代塑料点波填料,可明显缓解填料结钙后缝隙易被堵塞的问题,较好地改善脱氧塔的脱氧性能,锌粉消耗量明显降低,置换贫液贵金属品位降低,金泥品位得到提升。填料的改良延长了脱氧塔的使用周期,减少了贱金属元素对金泥冶炼过程的干扰,经济效益显著。To solve the problem of high oxygen content in the deoxygenated pregnant liquid after long-term use of the deoxygenation tower in the zinc powder replacement process,this paper mainly conducts a series of studies on the packing types and loading methods of the deoxygenation tower in a gold smelting plant.Through in-depth comparison and analysis of multiple process indicators such as deoxygenation rate,replacement of barren liquid,and grade of gold mud,it was found that using polypropylene Pall Ring packing instead of plastic point wave packing can significantly alleviate the problem of clogging of gaps after calcium deposition of the packing,improve the deoxygenation performance of the deoxygenation tower,significantly reduce zinc powder consumption,lower the grade of precious metals in replacement barren liquid,and improve the grade of gold mud.The improvement of packing has extended the service life of the deoxygenation tower,reduced the interference of base metal elements on the gold mud smelting process,and achieved significant economic benefits.
