摘 要:在一般物质文化研究视角下,器物研究较少涉及百姓日常生活,往往是在物言物。以《点石斋画报》图像素材为基本史料的晚清江南地区日用常行研究,聚焦于生活的场景细节。就图像阐释而言,晚清江南地区的衣食住行及日常生活显得海晏河清。器物的图像在大众媒介(画报)的传播下具有了自身的审美逻辑。伴随着西方物质文明的强势东渐,洋货的消费从时尚走向实用。在“现代”的语境下,围绕着故物所发生的人与事则显得迟暮与守旧。In the general perspective of material culture research,the study of artifacts rarely involves the daily lives of ordinary people and often focuses on the objects themselves.Using the images from the"Dianshizhai Pictorial"as basic historical material,this study examines the daily life in the Jiangnan region during the late Qing Dynasty,focusing on the details of everyday scenes.From the perspective of image interpretation,the clothing,food,housing,and daily life in the Jiangnan region during the late Qing appear harmonious and peaceful.The images of artifacts,disseminated through popular media(pictorials),embody their own aesthetic logic.With the strong influx of Western material civilization,the consumption of foreign goods evolved from a fashion trend to practical use.In the context of"modernity",the people and events surrounding old objects appear antiquated and conservative.
