摘  要:职业教育作为民族文化传承与保护的重要场域,有着不可替代的文化传递功能。云南边疆高职院校地处独特的地理位置和多民族的文化背景,因此在传承与保护少数民族文化方面具备得天独厚的优势。该文通过梳理国内现有的研究著作,提出了基于层次分析法的影响因素评价指标体系,旨在深入剖析影响云南边疆高职院校传承与保护少数民族文化的关键因素。通过专家赋值、SPSSPRO分析,提出了宏观层面保护策略:构建全面而有效的政策保障机制,确保资金资源的合理倾斜;中观层面保护策略:深挖民族文化内容,创新传承方式;微观层面保护策略:助推乡村全面振兴,保障乡村经济的持续、健康和稳定发展。Vocational education,as an important field for the inheritance and protection of national culture,has an irreplaceable function of cultural transmission.Yunnan border higher vocational colleges are located in a unique geographical location and multi-ethnic cultural background,so they have unique advantages in inheriting and protecting ethnic minority culture.After combing the existing domestic research works,this paper proposes an evaluation index system of influencing factors based on Analytic Hierarchy Process,which aims to deeply analyze the key factors that affect the inheritance and protection of ethnic minority culture in Yunnan border higher vocational colleges.After expert assignment and SPSSPRO analysis,the countermeasures are proposed from three levels:at the macro level,it is necessary to build a comprehensive and effective policy guarantee mechanism to ensure the reasonable tilt of capital resources;at the meso level,it is necessary to deeply explore the content of national culture and innovate the way of inheritance;at the micro level,it is necessary to promote rural revitalization and ensure the sustainable,healthy and stable development of rural economy.
