摘　　要：针对基层群众美术文化活动的组织与指导展开研究,其目的在于掌握高效、可靠的美术活动组织与指导方法,更好地推动基层群众美术活动发展。该文通过文献资料法及工作总结法,对主题展开研究,指出基层群众美术文化活动组织与指导,需要把握相应的原则和特点,如公益性、多元性及群众性特点。并进一步由此得出结果:在开展基层群众美术文化活动组织与指导时,需要提高群众文化工作人员的服务意识,做好专业化人才培养工作,选择契合群众审美诉求的美术活动,创建良好的美术文化氛围,加大对基层群众美术文化活动的扶持。该研究可以对基层群众美术文化活动组织起到促进作用。The research is focused on the organization and guidance of grassroots fine arts cultural activities,aiming to grasp efficient and reliable methods for organizing and guiding such activities,thereby better promoting the development of grassroots fine arts activities.Through the use of literature review and work summary methods,the research delves into the topic,pointing out that the organization and guidance of grassroots fine arts cultural activities need to grasp corresponding principles and characteristics,such as public welfare,diversity,and mass participation.Furthermore,it is concluded that in organizing and guiding grassroots fine arts cultural activities,it is necessary to enhance the service awareness of cultural workers,carry out professional talent training,select fine arts activities that cater to the aesthetic demands of the masses,create a positive fine arts cultural atmosphere,and increase support for grassroots fine arts cultural activities.Through this research,it can play a promotional role in the organization of grassroots fine arts cultural activities.
