摘  要:受电弓滑板是轨道交通受流系统中的关键部件,其质量影响机车车辆的传输电力运行状况。为保障滑板质量,国内外先后制修订了滑板的相关标准。随着国内外滑板试验技术和方法标准的日益完善,对IEC 62499:2008《轨道交通受流系统受电弓碳滑板试验方法》标准进行了修订,新版IEC62499:2021《轨道交通受流系统受电弓滑板试验方法》标准已发布。文章对更改的适用范围、电流负载下的温度特性试验、自动降弓动作性能试验、机械抗疲劳强度试验的方法和更改的验收标准,以及增加的试验方法进行了解析,为标准使用者实施提供了参考。The contact strip of a pantograph is a key component of the current collection system in railway applications.Its quality has an impact on the operation of power transmission for railway rolling stock.To guarantee the quality of contact strips,national and foreign standards related to contact strips have been established and amended successively.With the continuous improvement of the testing technology,method and standard of the contact strips at home and abroad,the standard IEC 62499:2008 Railway applications-Current collection system-Pantographs,testing methods for carbon contact strips was amended and the new version,IEC 62499:2021 Railway applications-Current collection system-Pantographs,testing methods for contact strips has been published.This article analyzes the scope of application of the changes,the methods and the changed acceptance criteria of the temperature characteristic test under current load,the automatic pantograph dropping performance test and the mechanical fatigue endurance test,as well as the added testing methods,giving a reference to the user for application of the standard.
