摘 要:为降低车门质量,提高操作效率,保证车辆运行安全性,文章在传统铝合金车门的基础上,研制了新型蜂窝复合材料并开展了蜂窝抗压能力、蜂窝和蒙皮的剪切性能、板材弯曲测试、导热系数测试及环保测试,根据全侧开棚车车门接口结构完成了8扇车门研制,同时完成了静强度及刚度分析。为解决车门振动问题,开展了模态分析及试验,试验结果表明,在保证车辆强度及刚度的同时,车门减重40%以上,车门1~6阶试验模态较既有铝合金车门提高14%以上。To reduce the mass of the car door,improve the operating efficiency and ensure the operating safety of the train,this article describes the development of the new honeycomb composite based on the conventional aluminum alloy door as well as the anti-pressure test of honeycomb,the shear behavior test of honeycomb and skin,the plate bending test,the heat conductivity coefficient test and the environmental protection test.The development of 8 car doors has been completed based on the interface structure of all sideopen box car doors and the analysis of static strength and stiffness has been completed.To solve the door vibration problem,the modal analysis and test have been conducted and the test result shows that on ensuring the strength and the stiffness of the car,the weight of the car door is reduced by at least 40%,while the 1st to the 6th test modes of the car door are at least 14% higher than those of the existing aluminum alloy car door.
