摘　　要：党中央、国务院印发的《交通强国建设纲要》中指出要建设现代化综合交通体系和城市群一体化交通网,提升交通装备安全水平和安全防护能力。文章基于轨道客车防火相关技术标准的制修订现状,对轨道客车消防设施配置进行了研究,对灭火器、安全锤、紧急呼吸面罩、细水雾灭火系统等消防设施的参数、性能展开了论述,对消防设置的选型、配置、安装和维修保养解决方案提出了建议。可以确保紧急情况下能够快速、有效地扑灭火灾,同时降低火灾造成的损失及人员伤亡,有助于提高轨道客车消防设施配置规范性,提高轨道客车的安全水平和安全防护能力,助力交通强国战略的实施。The Outline for Building a Strong Transportation Country issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council points out the need to build a modern comprehensive transportation system and an integrated transportation network for urban agglomerations,enhance the safety level and safety protection capabilities of transportation equipment.The article is based on the current status of the formulation and revision of technical standards related to fire protection for railway passenger cars.It studies the configuration of fire protection facilities for railway passenger cars,discusses the parameters and performance of fire extinguishers,safety hammers,emergency breathing masks,water mist fire extinguishing and other fire protection facilities,and puts forward suggestions for the selection,configuration,installation,and maintenance solutions of fire protection settings.It can ensure that fires can be quickly and effectively extinguished in emergency situations,while reducing losses and casualties caused by fires.It helps to standardize the configuration of fire protection facilities for railway passenger cars,improve the safety level and protection ability of railway passenger cars,and assist in the implementation of the strategy of building a strong transportation country.
