摘 要:大数据时代背景下,我国农业科技档案管理正面临着数字化、网络化的转变,传统档案管理模式已逐渐不适应大数据时代下科技档案事业的发展和进步。当前,我国农业科技档案数字化建设面临着资源数字化建设的技术规范、数字资源长期保藏、资源安全、人才队伍建设和资金投入等问题。为了推动我国农业科技档案的数字化,本论文研究了我国农业科技档案的数字化建设问题,并就如何促进我国农业科研机构的可持续发展提出了相应的措施。In the era of big data,the agricultural science and technology archives management in our country is facing the transformation of digitization and networking.Traditional archives management mode can not adapt to the development and progress of science and technology archives in the era of big data.At present,the digitization construction of agricultural science and technology archives in China is faced with some problems,such as technical specifications,long-term preservation of digital resources,resource security,personnel construction and capital investment.In order to promote the digitization of our agricultural science and technology archives,the paper studies the digitization construction of Chinese agricultural scientific and technological archives,and puts forward corresponding measures on how to promote the sustainable development of Chinese agricultural scientific research institutions.
