摘 要:抽水蓄能电站进水阀通常采用球阀型式来有效阻断上游水流,由于进水球阀尺寸大,从工厂到电站的运输途中受道路尺寸限制,一些电站的球阀在运输时需采用卧式姿态,这就需要其在电站翻转90°从卧姿调整为立姿。通过对目前的球阀翻身技术进行调研,发现一旦球阀重量突破桥机副钩承重,考虑单钩摆动冲击,只能租用汽车吊或其他辅助装置来配合厂房桥机主钩进行球阀翻身。因此,以句容抽水蓄能电站进水球阀为例,提出大型进水球阀单桥机单钩翻身技术,进行了钢丝绳长度调整计算和球阀应力变形分析,确保球阀能够平稳翻转并且过程中不发生应力变形,摆脱了球阀翻身对于汽车吊的依赖,对类似电站具有借鉴意义。The inlet valve of pumped storage power station usually adopts the ball valve type to effectively block the upstream water flow.Due to the problem of height limit,some large inlet ball valves need to take a horizontal posture during transportation,and adjust to a normal vertical posture by flipped 90°after entering the power station.Through the investigation of the ball valve roll over technology,it is found that once the weight of the ball valve breaks through the load bearing of the auxiliary hook of the bridge crane,concerning about the impact of the single hook swing,it can only rent a truck crane or other auxiliary devices to match the main hook of the plant bridge crane to roll over.Taking the inlet ball valve of Jurong Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,the single hook turning technology is put forward.The calculation of wire rope length adjustment and the stress deformation analysis are used to ensure that the ball valve can turn over and no stress deformation occurs in the process,so as to get rid of the dependence on the truck crane.It has reference significance for similar power stations.
