摘 要:电力变压器是电力系统的重要枢纽设备,而近区短路冲击会对变压器本体造成严重变形,诊断变压器短路冲击后的受损情况并确定检修策略具有重要意义。针对一起220 kV变压器中压侧近区短路冲击导致变压器跳闸的事件,在现场诊断性试验过程中,不同试验数据表现出故障指征不同,通过单一试验无法对变压器故障位置和原因做出合理解释。从故障录波文件分析、综合性诊断试验数据等出发,基于变压器电、磁路故障机理综合分析,判断变压器中压侧绕组内部发生绕组匝间短路故障并确定了故障位置,随后的现场解体证实了综合诊断分析方法的有效性。Power transformer is an important hub equipment of power system,and short-circuit impact in the near area will cause serious deformation of the transformer body.So,it is of great significance to diagnose the damage of the transformer after short-circuit impact and determine the maintenance strategy.This paper introduces a 220 kV transformer tripping event caused by short circuit impact in the near area of the middle voltage side.In the process of field diagnostic test,the fault indication of different test data is different,and the fault location and cause of transformer fault cannot be reasonably explained through a single test.Based on the analysis of fault recording files and comprehensive diagnostic test data,the fault mechanism of electrical and magnetic circuit of transformer is comprehensively analyzed,and the fault location is determined.The subsequent on-site disintegration confirms the validity of the comprehensive diagnostic analysis method.
