摘 要:液体闪烁体探测器具有较好的时间特性、脉冲形状甄别能力和中子探测效率,可以用来替代基于3He管的中子探测器。通过选用国产液体闪烁体和光电倍增管以及自主化设计的外壳,实现液体闪烁体探测器的完全自主化设计和加工。使用CAEN(Costruzioni Apparecchiature Elettroniche Nucleari)的波形数字采集卡DT5730B对液体闪烁体测量到的信号进行采集,利用^(22)Na源和^(60)Co源对液体闪烁体探测器进行能量刻度,然后利用液体闪烁体探测器测量^(252C)f源进行中子伽马甄别并计算FOM值。研究表明:相较于EJ309,基于国产的液体闪烁体B-ML研发的液体闪烁体探测器具备较好的中子伽马甄别性能,FOM=1.26@0.1 MeVee和1.50@0.7 MeVee。Liquid scintillation detector has better time characteristics,pulse shape discrimination ability and neutron detection efficiency,which can be used to replace 3He-based neutron detector.By choosing domestic liquid scintillator(B-ML)and EJ309 and domestic photomultiplier tube as well as a custom-made aluminum enclosure,a fully custom-made liquid scintillation detectors were developed and presented in this paper.The waveform digital acquisition card,CEAN DT5730B,was used to collect the signals from the liquid scintillator,and ^(22)Na source and ^(60)Co sources were used to do the energy calibration of these liquid scintillator detectors.Then the neutron and gamma discrimination performance of the liquid scintillation detectors were characterized with a ^(252)Cf neutron source.The results show that the custom-made liquid scintillation detector with the B-ML liquid scintillator has good neutron gamma discrimination performance(FOM=1.26@0.1MeVee and 1.50@0.7MeVee)compared with EJ309-based detector.
