摘  要:“双碳目标”对建筑节能提出高要求,相变储热材料具有充分利用太阳能等清洁能源、降低建筑内耗等特点,有望广泛用于绿色建筑储热等领域。以高温和氢氧化钠溶液两种预处理改性硅藻土和凹凸棒土为吸附基材,通过真空吸附法吸附液态石蜡制得石蜡-硅酸盐矿物基复合相变材料,为提升复合相变材料传热效率,以导热性优异的石墨烯为改性组分,研究了不同石墨烯掺入量对复合相变材料的热性能,结果表明经NaOH预处理的凹凸棒土吸附石蜡最大质量比为36∶64,当石墨烯掺入量为石蜡的5%时,复合相变材料的传热性能和热稳定性均有明显改善。Double Carbon Target put forward high request to building energy saving,phase change heat storage material has the characteristics of making full use of clean energy such as solar energy,reducing building internal consumption and so on,it was expected to be widely used in green building heat storage and other fields.Using modified diatomite and attapulgite as adsorption substrates,which were pretreated with high temperature and sodium hydroxide solution,the wax-silicate mineral-based composite phase change materials were prepared by vacuum adsorption of liquid paraffin,in order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of composite phase change materials(PCMS),the thermal properties of pcms with different amounts of graphene were studied,the results show that the maximum mass ratio of adsorbed paraffin to attapulgite is 36∶64,and the heat transfer and thermal stability of the composites are improved obviously when the content of graphene is 5%of paraffin.
