摘  要:为研究鸡矢藤叶中总环烯醚萜苷的最佳提取工艺,以总环烯醚萜苷提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取温度、提取次数等因素的影响。结果显示总环烯醚萜苷的最佳提取条件为:80%乙醇作为提取溶剂、提取时间2 min、料液比1∶90 g/mL、提取温度45℃、提取次数6次,在此条件下总环烯醚萜苷的提取率达到46.59 mg/g。本文研究的提取方法高效、稳定、合理,可为鸡矢藤叶中总环烯醚萜苷的研究奠定一定基础。To optimize the extraction technology of total iridoid glycosides from Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.leaf,the extraction rate of total iridoid glycosides as an indicator was determined.The effect of the extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction times were studied by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions for total iridoid glycosides were 80%ethanol concentrationas extraction solvent,extraction time of 2 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶90 g/mL,extraction temperature of 45℃and extraction times of 6 times.Under the optimum conditions,the extraction rate of total iridoid glycosides could reach 46.59 mg/g.The selected extraction process is efficient,stable,and reasonable,which can lay an experimental foundation for the study of total iridoid glycosides from Paederia(Lour.)Merr.Leaf.
