摘　　要：制备出一种含中药活性成分的具有抗衰老功效的面霜,并对其进行质量评价。根据DPPH法清除自由基能力的测定实验,确定抗衰老活性复配物的最佳配比为2∶1∶0.5,即槲皮素添加量为2%,山奈酚为1%、β-谷甾醇为0.5%;通过星点效应-响应面法优化处方,得出角鲨烷含量为4.4%,乳化剂含量为10.5%,面霜的水相比例为59.5%。制备出的抗衰老面霜成品外观、pH值符合要求,稳定性良好,质地细腻柔顺,自由基清除率为84.75%,具有显著的抗衰老功效。The kind of anti-aging face cream containing active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine was prepared and its quality was evaluated.According to DPPH method for determining the ability to scavenge free radicals,the optimal ratio of anti-aging active compound was determined to be 2∶1∶0.5,with quercetin added at 2%,kaempferol at 1%,andβ-sitosterol at 0.5%.The prescription was optimized by the central composite effect response surface methodology.The results showed that the squalane content was 4.4%,the emulsifier content was 10.5%,and the aqueous phase ratio of face cream was 59.5%.The appearance and pH value of the prepared anti-aging face cream met the requirements,with good stability,fine and smooth texture,free radical clearance rate of 84.75%,and significant anti-aging effect.
